Have you ever stepped into the World Trade Center in Dubai and thought, “Wow, this place must be pricey?” Yeah, me too. I remember visiting a friend of mine in WTC, once, and I kinda got lost looking for him.
Getting a workspace at the World Trade Center in Dubai (like Spacebox in the Convention Tower) can vary depending on what type of workspace you want. It depends on size, location, amenities, lease terms, etc.
I won’t sugarcoat it: WTC Dubai is a premium spot. Some people rent a tiny, cozy corner for maybe AED 8,000–10,000 per month. Others go all out for big, fancy offices hitting AED 30,000 or more. If you’re on a tight budget, you might want to start smaller or consider shared spaces.
Honestly the options are very limited here cause it’s a hotspot for all the big events that happen in Dubai like Gitex, Gulf Food Expo, Beauty World, the World Summit, AI Everything, you name it.
You’ll find the country’s top VIPs, major business leaders, and sometimes even the Royal Family showing up for these business & cultural events. If you’re lucky, you could catch a glimpse of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum himself (yep, the main man behind this wonderful city) or his ministry casually walking through the halls.
Spacebox, located in Convention Tower, right within World Trade Center, offers premium, plush office spaces for a much reasonable price for that location. I think there is no other office space in the World Trade Center that combines modern comfort, affordability, and the prestige of being right in the heart of Dubai’s most happening business hub.
The costs for office spaces there are here in this link (Click here).
Okay, so it’s not the cheapest spot in town. But it’s the WTC. You get prestige. It’s like wearing a designer suit to a big interview that people notice. Plus, you’ve got easy access to events, conferences, and that super central location. I mean, that alone can seal the deal for many businesses.
I once tried booking a coworking desk for a project and realized, oh dear, I really needed a private area (I like my quiet). I ended up upgrading. So keep in mind your personal work style before deciding, or you’ll spend half your day hopping around to find a better seat.
If you’re just looking for a short answer: monthly costs can start around a few thousand dirhams and climb depending on size, lease terms, and extras. Done. That’s it. But, if you want the glitz and glam of the World Trade Center then it’s worth every dirham.
