How Much Does an Office Cost in World Trade Center Dubai?

Have you ever stepped into the World Trade Center in Dubai and thought, “Wow, this place must be pricey?” Yeah, me too. I remember visiting a friend of mine in WTC, once, and I kinda got lost looking for him.

What are the Average Costs?

I won’t sugarcoat it: WTC Dubai is a premium spot. Some people rent a tiny, cozy corner for maybe AED 8,000–10,000 per month. Others go all out for big, fancy offices hitting AED 30,000 or more. If you’re on a tight budget, you might want to start smaller or consider shared spaces.

Honestly the options are very limited here cause it’s a hotspot for all the big events that happen in Dubai like Gitex, Gulf Food Expo, Beauty World, the World Summit, AI Everything, you name it. 

You’ll find the country’s top VIPs, major business leaders, and sometimes even the Royal Family showing up for these business & cultural events. If you’re lucky, you could catch a glimpse of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum himself (yep, the main man behind this wonderful city) or his ministry casually walking through the halls. 

Spacebox, located in Convention Tower, right within World Trade Center, offers premium, plush office spaces for a much reasonable price for that location. I think there is no other office space in the World Trade Center that combines modern comfort, affordability, and the prestige of being right in the heart of Dubai’s most happening business hub.
