I had a mixed experience with SpaceBox -- their front desk team, especially their Field Executives Ayla and Neilav are absolutely amazing! However, their accounts department is a different story -- I handed over everything on 13th October and after following up with them numerous times, they finally returned my security deposit on 7th December. Their security refund policy needs to be clear and it should be done timely -- the tenant shouldn't have to keep calling/following up with them every now and then for their deposit back. I planned on returning to SpaceBox after some time but after having this experience with their Accounts team, I am gonna go with alternative options!And yes SpaceBox -- please make the coffee machine complimentary!
